I purchased close to $3,000.00 worth of furniture from this store and the sofa was damage and the server. When I called them they told me they would send a repairman to the house. The repairman did come said he had to order new slip covers and it would take up to 4 weeks for slip covers to be made and the server he had to make a part to repair the server. Now that was all good but when he arrived with the parts 4 months later he order the wrong slip covers and he said he missed placed the part for the server. Now being the person that I'm I said now what happens. He said I have to reorder the slip cover and make a new piece for the server and I said OK . Now 2 months went by and I called and the part wasn't in and than other two weeks. When I called again on 5/7/2009 they could not find the parts that they had just order. Now I also order a kitchen table no good. I have had enough of this store and I will never shop there again. So good Luck if you shopping at Gardine

My furniture was delivered on time and both my husband and I were impressed by the polite delivery men. There was a small scratch on the back of our bed, and a new piece was sent the following day. Gardiners, I'll never shop for furniture anywhere else!
