My experience with Russel BMW was over the top. From the minute the service doors opened at 7:30 AM to the delivery of my completed vehicle by the car hope, I owe him a tip for his quick service he was a tall thin youth that Tom ask first if he was at lunch and secondly to get my car ? I wish I knew his name. The army of support went right to work to get the paper work processed to deliver the necessary problem information.
