This Days Inn would not accept my online discount rate. I was charged a higher rate. I tried calling countless times in an attempt to resolve, but was unsuccessful in locating the manager. A complaint was made to the corporate office and I was informed that I would have an answer in three days. After five days and not receiving a reply, I called and was told that the case was closed.
