Dr. Neel and his staff don't only provide outstanding customer service but go far and beyond in helping prospect patients. Needed a Retina Doctor for my uncle that recently arrived to Castroville and will be here temporarily. Spoke to Dr. Neel, about my uncles insurance that it only covers urgent and emergency care, he took my information and returned my call within 5 minutes and provided me with the name, address and phone number of a Retina Doctor. Dr. Neel is very unique that he cares about peoples needs regardless if they are his patients or not. I definitely will be promoting Dr. Neel to individuals needing medical care because I am very impress with his service that he provided via telephone and his passion towards human kind.
