Bill Vaughn (of Vaughn Tile) was a perfect professional, at a very reasonable price. Bill completed his work around our schedule (including the birth of our son). When my son was at home, he made extraordinary efforts to use tools that created little dust and little noise. He helped me in some areas of prep work, though was not compensated to do so. He made recommendations on both tile size and lay out --- but was not the least bit upset when we picked against his recommendations. One recommendation he had was to use tile as 'baseboards' in the bath and laundry room, and we are happy with the outcome. Bill was able to finish at a rapid pace, and the quality is superior to other tile work we have had done at our home.

I would recommend Bill's work to anyone. Very knowledgeable with a vast amount of experience. His work is very well thought out and the finished product reflects the art of expert tile laying with a cutting edge appeal. Now that he has finished the basement, we will be looking for him to redo our kitchen countertops and back splash. Just can't get enough of his work and want to incorporate throughout the home.
