Great staff and very friendly. Place is extremely clean and they take pride in this as well as customer service. Equipment is good all you need to get the job done and the price is great. Compared to THE GYM in Castle Rock this place blows them away with their customer service and pricing. Also MUCH cleaner than THE GYM. By the way, never go to THE GYM! Their owners are absolutely horrendous and are so rude! Was a former member there and could not believe how dirty the place was and how incredibly rude the owners from New York are. Stay away and look at this place.

wonderful clean facility. There are always machines open. Friendly staff, daycare - check for hours, tanning, personal trainers, full locker rooms, long hours. No fitness classes, though run occasional small training classes.
