When I arranged the limo I told them I would pay in cash but they needed a credit card to reserve the limo, which was not a problem. That evening we gave the driver $500 which included the tip plus an additional $200 for a tip. Later in the evening he recieved another tip. When I recieved my credit card bill we noticed they had charged us the $500 for the limo. When we called they told us the driver never recieved any money from us and had told him to go ahead and charge the card. The owner was not willing to meet with us and his employee, he just did not want anything to do with us. The driver had given us his card. Of course we called him and his response was that he only did what the company told him to do that evening. We are not sure weather the company took the cash and charged us again or if the driver did.So when using this company be very carefull about your payment methods because you may get scamed by either the company who does not care about his customers or their employee
