The Cass County Road Commission provides construction and maintenance of more than 260 miles of primary roads and over 740 miles of local roads in the Cassopolis County. It provides snow removal, road repair, upgrading and construction services of new and existing roads. The commission has its own asphalt and gravel operations, and centralized equipment maintenance facility. The Cass County Road Commission s parks department provides park and outdoor facilities for county residents and visitors. The commission participates in program for dust control material application through the individual township. It provides road access during emergency situations with cooperation from police, fire departments, doctors, and hospitals. The Cass County Road Commission is located in Cassopolis, Mich.
