The Casselton Fire Department is a volunteer organization providing fire and rescue service to the Casselton Fire District. The department operates seven fire apparatus from its 7100 square feet facility. Its equipment consist of a 2002 Central States-International tanker-pumper, 1993 Cayel Craft-International rescue truck and a 1983 Mack 2750 gallon pumper-tanker. The Casselton Fire Department also possesses 1981 Mack 2700 gallon pumper-tanker, a 2006 Chevrolet four wheel drive brush rig and a 1979 Jeep four wheel drive brush rig.
