TN Contracting follows a sequential and organized steps to ensure a detailed, fast and smooth job process, putting our name UP! First Step: After the initial consultation, our professional team member will have a physical inspection of the job site to assist our costumer with color matching and selection when necessary. Second Step:, Any areas of your home that necessitates washing will be properly pressure washed (mostly exteriors and walk through) or hand washed (interiors) to remove dirt and mildew. Third Step: Any loose paint is scraped, glossy areas are scuff sanded and any gaps are caulked to prevent water entry. Fourth Step: We fill any holes and cracks in your ceilings and walls, seal any stains and scuff sands on the surfaces. Fifth Step: While ensuring proper prepped and primed whole painting surfaces, the paint is then applied for finishing, protecting your furnitures and valuables in a professional manner. We also do a follow up after each project has been completed, cleaned up and inspected on completion.
