Has come twice in two years and is always very professional and is always willing to go the extra mile. Sad to say but our dogs go to the bathroom near our AC and the tech had no problem moving through it to get the AC problem fixed. Will always recommend these guys

I called Service Plus yesterday around 7pm and even though their non-emergency business hours ended a little earlier, they still called within 15 minutes of leaving a message to arrange a time to come to my house. I was very pleased impressed with the quick response. The next day they called me 30 minutes before they arrived as they promised and were even a little earlier which was nice. As for the service, it was outstanding! I had a leak in our A/C unit due to a backed up pipe. They worked on it for a couple hours try everything they could to clear it. In the end the clog was too much. My wife and I were extremely appreciative that they tried so very hard to clear it. I was also shocked when they didn't charge me for the work, because they couldn't unclog the drain. That's extremely nice and honest of them! Jimmy and his partner were very courteous as well. I would highly recommend this company! Btw, they're BBB rated which is a nice plus. Thanks again!

Most of you know that I repair everything myself but the system is over 15 years old and my plans were to replace it in the Winter. It was too far gone to repair. From my 1rst call to get advice and estimate (thru Dana), to the end of the service call (same day), I was totally pleased. My fridge had some issues and my day was already hectic. Each time I called, Dana was a gem, trying to work within the time frame I had available. She made sure she called approx. 1/2 hour before tech was to arrive, to make sure I was going to be back home. As luck would have it, my fridge was working when I arrived, but I had Paul check it out anyway. He showed me and told me all that he was doing and why. I felt comfortable with him and learned some things, as well. I now know a few more things to check and how to access them. Prices are very reasonable. I would gladly refer them and call them back, in the future, should another appliance, or my A/C develop a problem.

Outstanding service! I called and left a message and my call was returned within minutes. We had a water overflow problem with our A/C unit and they came out quickly and repaired it for us. Not only did they fix our issue, but they also checked the unit for other issues, just in case. All this and it was on a Sunday evening, so we really appreciated them coming out the same day!
