I was told by a rug company that I could not cancel an order as it had already shipped, but to just return it when I got it through my UPS store. The owner of the UPS Store told me it would cost $147 to return the heavy rug. Instead of leaving it at that, she took the time to see what other options I might have, and, since I had not opened the box, she suggested I take it to the UPS hub to see if it could be "refused" and returned. I did take it out to UPS, and it was accepted! Had the owner not taken the time and interest to help me, I would have been out $147 or stuck with a rug I did not want. The owner was personable, professional, and genuinely trying to find the best possible solution for me. THAT kind of of customer service is priceless and, sadly, doesn't happen often enough. Thank you!!!

RIPOFF! I wondered why my $20 item cost an obscene $32 to ship. It wasn't until I got home that I saw the hidden fees added to my purchase. I was in the process of packing my own box when an associate grabbed it from me saying she'll finish it and didn't tell me I'd be paying almost ten bucks for her to close the box and put tape on it.

I made the mistake of shipping a few packages here. NEVER AGAIN. Their prices are almost twice what I would have paid going directly to UPS or the post office.

Apparently at this store you are not allowed to purchase packing materials; boxes, tape, and bubble wrap at this UPS store and then a pack box yourself. This not allowed & you too may be treated rudely. So just go some where else that hopefully knows how to treat customers.
