Nightmare!My unanswered letter and $1,400 gone l wanted the anniversary band on the top.You agreed to make a mold and I would be able to make changes before casting.You made a mold. I came to see it,only to find it did not fit my ring at all.The problem was,you had decided to make the mold to fit to the bottom.You were going to be gone a week and I was very clear that I did NOT want you to cast my ring.I needed time to process the whole idea that you had decided to fit it to the bottom,rather than the top as I wanted done. When you got back from your week off,the ring had been casted,you had decided to cast the ring and add the stones without my consent or knowledge.I was devastated.You made all decisions concerning MY ring from the beginning.I now have a broken ring.I lost three rings because you chose to do it with out my consent,your choice.I can't get my rings restored,my promise ring of 19 years gone to your decision.I have tried "to get over it" as you told me to,but I am unable to do that.
