They say you have to have just you are your lease or in some cases your kids but I know for a fact they aren't paying attition to this or there no smoking in there apartments because I know there is someone that has more then her and her daughter in there apartment and has been there longer then the 7 days said in the lease and the lady smokes in the apartment too and they aren't doing anything about it.
