What a horrible place to work, news reports and media confirm allegations. Very poor treatment of staff currant and former. I would NEVER recommend this company to care for loved ones and would highly convince others to find a suitable placement if that mistake has already been made.

After being treated by the rude staff the way I was, I'm actually a bit worried about the people under their care. It scares me that a place like like this is allowed to exist. I've had to deal with them several times and I get treated like garbage every time I go in there. There is no reception area so expect a long wait until you're noticed. The first person to notice you will treat you like a nuissance. If you're lucky enough to get some kind of service the same day you go in, it seems to only happen once.

Upon my arrival, there was no formal greeting as I stood in the door way. After waiting five min before being acknowledged, a women by the name of Amber asked "what do you want?" My answer was short lived by her abrupt screaming at her children. As I stood their for another ten minutes I witnessed staff talking and texting on their personal phones. This is not a place I would leave my family.
