Laura is certified in the Ingham Method of Reflexology from the International Institute of Reflexology, the clinical application of essential oils, aromatherapy, and has been a Reiki Master since the 1990s. Casper Reflexology & Spa provides alternative medicine and natural therapy helping bring your body back into alignment. Additionally, Laura is trained in Myofascial Release which is a type of safe, low load stretch that releases tightness and pain throughout the body caused by myofascial pain syndrome.
