      Completely, totally honest and reliable. Delighted with his work. He is small business of the "old school", not even on the Internet!! I live 200 miles from the project, met Joe in person on site, we laid out the plan and agreed to it with a handshake. Went back several weeks later to fine tune the completion. That was it. No problems, no hassle, great job with zero oversight on my part.
