Super Friendly, Clean, Close to good restaurants. I docked there for a week last fall and was made to feel welcome, not just a revenue source. Fuel, pump out,showers, wi-fi, and some cable tv. Make this a stopping point on your next trip. Only real down-side is that being on the tip of the thumb...no matter which way the wind blows,..it's rough
