I would just like to say that I have lived here at Tierra Pointe for 3 years and its been an amazing place to live and call home. All of these other posts referring to the office staff, I just don't see it. The lady's at the front office have been nothing but kind and help me with anything I may need. I can go into the office at anytime and the lady's ask if there's anything that I may need in the apartment and ask about work and life in general. The whole staff was also very considerate during the tragedy of a fire that we had here. All I can say is that Tierra Pointe is a great place to live and call home and would and have recommended Tierra Pointe to everyone looking for an apartment.

I have lived at Tierra Pointe for over a year and have found the best way of dealing with staff is to try and avoid them entirely. However, all maintenance issues have been handled in a timely manner and the maintenance men are very friendly. We do pay a lot more than I thought I would be paying in utilities. Even when we make extra efforts to cut back our bills are still outrageous! I'm sure it's due to poor ventilation, occasionally I sleep in the living room because it's so much colder then any other room. Other issues I have are rather minor, neighbors leaving trash by their front door, no doggie doodie bags, construction noise and people at the pool after hours. For the most part I enjoy living here. Would I recommend it to friends? Probably not.

If you are looking for a headache and more stress then you have found the right place! On top of the staff not being the most professional the construction of the overall apartments is ridiculous. Be prepared to spend quite of bit on electricity because of poor insulation and just from personal experience having the overflow from the A/C unit drip on your head while taking a shower is not a pleasant experience. I felt more like I was in a jail cell then living on my own with all the rules and regulations. I personally was accused of having a pool party which is prohibited and this was during the first week I arrived and I am from out of town with no local friends so explain that one. They threatened to give me a 10 day notice before even looking at the cameras to find out it was someone else. Don't be side tracked by the service as they take that away with your signature. Take my word for it if you don't want to run into any frustrations.

I would definiely NOT refer anyone to Tierra Pointe. I agree with the previous post - the girls were nice til they got you in and then the were just rude and unprofessional. I felt like I was this burden for them every time I went down to the office - even to give them rent money! They are VERY unorganized: lost my rent one month, lost the receipt - to show proof I paid my rent another, and at one point told me they lost my file entirely! The apartments are nice in the amenities that they offer, but unless you really use them all, the apartments are overpriced. There's nothing special with the apartments themselves, its the amenities that you pay the big bucks for. Plus with the attitude and lack of organization, your money would be better spent elsewhere. Speaking of money, I'm fighting them right now just to get my refund for my deposit - that I'm rightfully entitled to. I shouldn't be surprised that it's such a hassle. Advice: DO NOT waste your time with these people!!

Apartments are the newest and in my opinion are the nicest too. However don't expect to get any of your deposit back and prepare to pay extra when you leave. I paid about $800.00 deposit including the pet deposit. When I left the apartment was spotless, however I was charged for cleaning, painting, and carpet replacement. Only $250.00 of my original deposit was applied to the charges and I was told the rest was non-refundable and I was billed over $600.00 for the additional charges. I winded up paying about $1400.00 and I was expecting to get my deposit back. Boy, was I surprised. I liked the apartments and the staff, but didn't like the experience when I left. Another negative experience is the hot tub was broke for about 3 months during the winter. If you want a nice apartment and don't mind paying for it this would be a good place. Do expect to pay more when you leave too. I spoke to some other residents when they left and they had similar experiences.

I would not recommend these apartments for one reason, the staff. They are really nice and polite up until your contract is signed. Everytime I would go to pay my rent or ask a question they would act as if i was wasting their time and would give me an attitude. However they are nicer than the other apartments in Casa Grande, I would not want to deal with these two lady's every month.
