I have been going to this location for about a year since my Dr's office is not always available. My co-pays are $40 and I pay them everytime I go in. (with the exception of once when THEIR debit machine was down)Today I needed to take my daughter in but didn't have the $40 co-pay. I asked if I could write a post dated check or come in and pay it in 4 days. They absolutely refused. It just makes me mad. Now I'm stuck with the dilemma of going to the ER and be billed a copay of $125 when it isn't necessary for her to be seen at the ER. I REALLY think they could have made this one exception. Especially since I've paid them probably 10 $40 co-pays in the past year.
