Provided by DexKnowsPoor install of our super efficient unit. Our unit runs none stop in summer. Was told that is the norm. That is a lie. I was not told that the duct work was not correct for this unit. The base is not even the correct size for the unit. Corners where cut on this install.They also did the duct work a few years prior. I was told that our older unit was not up to the task. Turns out that would be the duct work. Now they don't call back.

Provided by DexKnowsLast week I had a phone call from an A/C company in the Valley, stating that it was time for my winter service call. Thinking that they had the information for my unit, I agreed to have them come out to service it at the low cost of $45. Once they came they informed that I required a new motor because mine was near breaking which could then cause other problems. They informed me that the replacement would cost around $600, I declined to have the replacement done at this time, which is when the service man wrote up my bill. Instead of the intended $45 dollars for the service, it turned out to be $45 for them to get to my house where they then charged me $45 dollars per hour. Feeling extremely cheated I still paid the bill. About a week later my unit quit. I decided to use Kia's for the first time. They informed me that my motor was out, but that it was still actually under warranty. I only ended up paying $90 dollars for the entire service. I will definately use them and refe
