Founded in 1986, AIRES, a nonprofit organization is located in Casa Grande, Ariz. It provides a variety of small group residential facilities, day programs, foster care, life-skills training, vocational training and rehabilitation and home care services for disabled adults in Arizona. Its residential facilities provide are small group homes with consumers of all ages. The homes offered are clean and furnished with the special requirements and customized amenities. The organization provides training in jobs and creates employment partnerships with local, regional and national companies, franchises and private contractors. Its home care services offer various personalized care services for the elderly and people with physical disorders and also provides respite care services to the senior citizens. AIRES provides its services through trained and experienced nurses 24 hours a day.
