- RISE & SHINE VINYASA YOGA CLASS 75 Minutes Mon.-Fri. 7am-8:15am Perfect way to start your day! The Rise & Shine Vinyasa Flow class starts slowly waking-up your body with gentle stretches, then warms up with flowing Sun Salutations synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures, ranging from standing poses, balancing poses and seated poses. Restorative & Yin Yoga Class, 75 Minutes Sun. 7:15pm-8:30pm and Wed. 7:30-8:45pm This is a calming gentle class that releases tensions from the body and restores the nervous system. The restorative postures use props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps which allow the body to relax and open into a pose while be supported. Our mission is to make yoga accessible to everyone! To provide a safe and relaxing environment where people are empowered to nourish and care for their body, mind and spirit. We are strongly committed to teaching yoga to anyone who is interested in learning, regardless of age, health or life stage. Holding space for our students so that they can develop their yoga practice at their own pace. Teaching students to listen to their bodies, accepting where they are in the present moment, so that they can move comfortably and mindfully with breath.
