Our approach to wellness is personalized and holistic, treating and nurturing mind, body, spirit, and community for our clients from age three through the senior years. Our practice model integrates the evidence based Western medical model with time honored integrative practices that have been implemented for centuries including meditation, yoga, massage, and uniquely designed group workshops. Inner Peace embraces the belief that wellness is a lifelong process and is valued and nurtured in each developmental stage of life from infancy through our senior years. Wellness is not only an individual process, it is also to be experienced in systems, family, work, school, local and global community. We find joy in working with our Inner Peace community to facilitate connection among generations.
