Founded in 1898, Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina Inc. (IIANC) is a professional trade association representing nearly 1000 independent insurance agencies and branches across the state. Based in Cary, N.C., the company focuses on advocating independent insurance agents and business/professional needs of its members. It provides services, such as insurance advice, loss prevention ideas and claiming of loss. Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina Inc.'s events include annual convention, spring conference and young agents sales and leadership conference.
