We at Hammett Law are comprised of dedicated divorce and family law attorneys aggressively representing clients throughout the Cary area. With years of experience in representing family law clients, we believe that the most agreeable and cost effective way to resolve legal issues is settling a case out of court, by working with both parties in drafting an agreement. Our attorneys work hard to mediate, saving our clients the frustration of long hours spent on a case. However, if and when an agreement cannot be reached, the settlement process serves as excellent preparation for a court hearing.
