Exceeded my expectations!! EXCELLENT service, at an amazing price! After frantically running around to competitors (who were closed because it was raining), I spoke with David who was super kind to me, told me to come on in and he would take care of me, and he DELIVERED! My car was a MESS (daily 4 year old and a late night DD accident), which required immediate and emergency cleaning! ;) I had spill stains and things that I expected would never come out, and I was ok with that, I just wanted a general cleaning, and when I came out, I was FLOORED, because it looked new inside! I didnt know my car could look that good inside, haha! Thank you a million times over David and Sheri, Ill never go anywhere else, and Im sending everyone I know your way!!
This was our favorite place to have our cars washed until recently. Our family from South Carolina were visiting and needed their car washed. We recommended Carolina Auto Spa. Upon driving away after having his car washed, my brother-in-law, Matt, discovered that his radar detector was missing. The suction mark on his windshield left by his radar detector was visible and he was certain that it was in his car before he handed his car over to the Auto Spa. When he phoned the place they denied that anyone had taken it. But after threatening to call the police and demanding that the manager find and return the radar detector, it "miraculously" turned up in one of their employees' "locker." Matt then asked to speak with the Auto Spa owner and left many messages for him subsequently, no one ever returned his call. When Matt called Cary Police, he was told that it happens all the time and that they don't really want to do anything as the Police Dept. gets free car washes there!
