General Info
We slice our all-natural meats and fresh veggies in-house every day. Our fresh-baked bread is made right here where you can see it, and our house-made tuna salad is fresh every day. The flavor of a ripe tomato, crisp shredded lettuce, combined with fresh-baked bread, fresh-sliced meat and real Hellmann's mayo - that's when the magic happens. Made with love every single day since 1983. That's Jimmy Fresh!

My first experience at Jimmy Johns yesterday ,I will never go back. I walked in and looked at the menu and was confused. The guy at the register just watched me so I told him I was new here and to give me some time. He never offered to help. I made a couple of choices then he asked if that was all. I asked about a side of peppers and chips and he said yea, right there,.never offered drinks or deserts. He asked if I wanted the side of peppers and I said yes.I paid and stood there, after a few minutes the guy at the other end yells from across the room if I wanted a bag for my sandwhiches. I grabbed my bags of chips and walked down there and he handed me my bag. I asked if I could get the chips in the bag and he seemed like it was a bother but did get the chips in the bag for me. I get home and realized I did not get my peppers. I also took one bite of the tuna sub and discovered it was very dry. I told my husband that I liked subway was more cuz they give you options on what you want on it. I did not eat this tuna sanwhich. i also thought the sandwhich I got for him was a steak and that it would be hot but discovered it was roastbeef and not hot, he agreed the hot sandwhiches from subway were alot better. Once I got to work this morning, I talked with my coworkers about my experience and one gal told me her favorite was the tuna but she got it with mayo, I was never given the option to add anything. There were no other customers in the store so it was not like they were busy. I called to speak to a manager, he was not at all sympathetic, and offered to comp me for the peppers. Really, I am going to go back there just for the $1.25 for the peppers??? Subway adds peppers at no charge. I don't care how fast this place is, quality is much better than speed.
