I stayed June 13 2019 . Asked for a Handicapped room . I was told 212 was a room that would serve my needs .
There was a High whirlpool tub that was so high . I had no way of getting into that thing. No bars in the room and I paid good money for that room . I made sure to tell the desk about the rotten stay . They should have comped me the room or at least given my money back .
They need to take another look at their rooms . Most disabled people are una let to climb over a tub that big with out bars . Not even a bath bench . The ADA has guide lines for a reason. I will make sure they know about this one .
As often as I travel finding a good room is hard , Econo Lodge rooms have always proven to provide comfort . Want to offer a free nights stay ,?
