Welcome to Station 51! Station 51 is owned and operated by the Carterville Volunteer Fire Department, Inc -- a Missouri Not-for-profit corporation. We provide primary fire, rescue, and first response emergency medical services to the residents of the City of Carterville and rural residents living inside the Central Jasper County Fire Protection District. Click here for an aerial photo. Station 51 is a 7700 square foot facility, built in 1999, and located at 102 East Main Street in Carterville, Missouri. The apparatus floor has 10 bays and houses 9 emergency vehicles: 4 Engines, 2 Tankers, 1 Brush Unit, 1 Rescue Unit, and 1 Service Truck. Station 51 is actively recruiting new members right now.
