So blessed to have Mimmo's pizza here in Carterville! they have the best pepperoni pizza and cheesy garlic bread ever!...and the service has always been friendly and my pizza has always been delivered to my door piping hot in a timely manner! the owners have always been super friendly, I can't imagine them being the way this other person commented about. I have always been treated with great respect and genuine kindness. I recommend Mimmo's highly! Thank you Mimmos! I imagine I'll be ordering from you forever! Mimo's pizza is the WORST. Do not order from them!! My co-worker and I just ordered a cheese pizza for lunch. We were munching on our second slice when she found a hair in her piece. She had to REMOVE the hair from her MOUTH. When she called Mimo's to complain, the manager/owner argued with her for 10 minutes about the origin of the hair, ie. whether the hair was actually in the pizza or if it had

come from one of us or if one of us had deliberately put the hair in the pizza. She wanted my coworker to leave work to bring the pizza back to the restaurant for her to inspect and determine the origin of the suspicious hair. Completely unprofessional. We are customers, not citizens on trial. My co-worker asked for a refund and the manager refused. Had my co-worker accepted the new "product" to replace the faulty one, we would have had to wait until 4 pm when the pizza ovens were turned back on. The manager was asked if she had a sign posted stating "No refunds" and she replied, "No ma'am, I don't have to." If you like crappy customer service, complete unprofessional and greasy pizza with possible hairs, then knock yourself out, but don't say I didn't warn you.

I love Mimmo's, are real Italian's, good food, best white sauce and best white sauce ever!! The staff is awesome.
