Provided by YP.comcalled inquiring info on multiple pieces sound equipt...attempting to tell what happened, to 1200 amp head & inquire. Not interested in even listening to anything I had to say...just wanted off phone...very rude, crude, apparently not interested in obtaining my business all asked was did i want to buy or rent. i even said buy. he still treated me rudely and abruptly made his quickest way to end the phone call....my advise..IF YOU DO NOT WANT CUSTOMERS!! DO NOT ADVERTISE!!! CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE YOUR TOP PRIORITY, NOT YOUR STOMPING GROUND!! BUSINESS 101...CUSTOMERS COME 1st & FOREMOST!! CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!! (even if you know there may be a problem, in their eyes they are right you treat them as such, there is this thing called dignity, they deserve that. Humble is another word a business rep has to learn. There are ways to tactfully handle a situation even when customer is wrong, to make them think they are right and come up with a solution that is a win win if you know how to correctly & tactfully run a business) THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE!! DO NOT APPROACH IF YOU WISH TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT DESERVED!!!
