In February 2011, we were headed to Florida for vacation. My Lincoln truck started to make a noise in the rear end. We stopped in Cartersville for the night and found City Motors the next morning. I was nervous about going to a dealership I didn't know, but they were so kind and down-to-earth. They explained the problem, assured us that we could continue our trip and my truck would be fine until we were able to get to our Ford dealer in Kansas. I was very impressed and thankful for City Motors southern "hospitality".
