I have never been to such an incompetently run office. I went for testing and was asked to pay a copay and schedule a follow up. I went to schedule the next appointment and it took FOUR people to figure out how to do so. Their credit card machine was not working either so they had to call me the next day to get it by phone. I paid it and it showed up on my statement. Five months later I get a bill for that copay. I have called and couldn't get billing to call me back. I finally called my insurance and they were able to get someone who told them that this has happened numerous times with the phone payments and they have no records of it. Now I have to take my credit card statement up there to prove to them I paid! It is shocking how unprofessional and incompetent they are. I am also still waiting for lab results to be emailed to me from months ago but honestly I just want the incorrect bill cleared up before it messes up my credit. I would never go back nor would I refer a friend to this abysmal office.
