i.e.You know, we have been to many Hispanic Restaurants,: El Salvador in Reno, El Herredero, CoCo;s, Murrieta's, etc... but this place has blown me away. We ordered the Pollo a la Parrilla --- and have ordered it every visit we have been there. The chicken is a chicken breast skinless, butterflied, and grilled to juicy perfection. It is served with average rice and beans, Pico de Gallo, and grilled green onions. The chips are absolutely perfect-- not too hard, done in house, and perfectly salted. The salsa? Divine..... we always make sure and leave with a full bag of chips and container of salsa to enjoy at home with a few beers. We also love the Chile rellenos. Perfectly cooked with the right amount of heat and sauce, liberal with the stuffed cheeses, dammit, now I am hungry. The shrimp cocktail is average and the shrimp soup is definitely different but not in a bad way. The tacos el Pastor are great. Not wet, not dry, with lots of flavor.
