  Home health Physical Therapy is now a service being offered through our office. We team up with various home health agencies to ensure that our patients are seen promptly by an agency that is in-network with his / her insurance carrier. Patients who feel that home health Physical Therapy services may be needed are encouraged to call our office and we will help facilitate a smooth transition to getting the patient the needed home services. Many patients who are planning an elective surgery such as a joint replacement, spine surgery, or foot/ ankle surgery find it beneficial to contact us before the surgery to ensure services are scheduled in advance for when the patient comes home.
