Is this service?

I stopped shopping at this location for sometime, the shelf prices don’t match the items, storage containers without lids, useless floor help and rude checkers (people who work have a great time hanging out with each other, so don’t interrupt them)… help that wouldn’t or couldn’t speak English to me (“habla no Inglese” with a curled lip and walk away chatting with their friends). It was never a nice experience. I even complained to their home office and was told, that they “represent the diversity of the neighborhood”, not true since most of us speak English and have some manners.

I gave it one more try after the big remodel. It was much the same. It looks good, but the prices were not accurate, three different prices for an item… and the same attitude (don’t bother me). One checker and a long line, when another check stand finally (like the floor, lots of people walking slowly around) opened she didn’t tell me (next in line), I had to assert my rights, rang the items up and pushed them out of the way to start the next customer. I walked around the check stand and put the items in the cart myself.

I cancelled the Target credit card this summer after my third problem with fraud, when you call you get people in India who have little English and no idea what to do but lots of attitude. When I finally connected with English speaking people, they were as useless, I wish I had taped some of the conversations, Jay Leno would have loved them.
