I came here on Friday night to get a silk wrap. The woman begins to do them. She tells me they are $30 FINE. I am thinking all is going well until she starts to determine my size. Let me tell you that it is no even 1/2 off my nail bed and she says "$5 dolla more". FINE. We've already come this far. If she does it any shorter I might as well not get anything done. Once she does the silk wrap she switches with the guy who then does my gel finish. After he does a THICK coat, he files the sides of each of the nails again. I go home. Friday night after I leave there at 8:00 PM, my thumb breaks at 9:30 PM. Apparently they'e very thin and fragile but I hadn't done anything except computer work. Later that night I realize that some of the gel is peeling off of the other nails because he filed. SATURDAY MORNINGI go back from beverly Hills. She tells me to come back in a few hours. I refuse. I tell her it took me an hour to get there. She says you can't just walk in. Her customers are shaking their heads. I said refund me my money and I will go somewhere else. Then she does it with an attitude. She gave me grief the entire time. She just put another piece of silk over the already broken nail. So it is no surprise that the nail broke again later that night. Not only that, but 2 other nails also broke. So... I got my nails done Friday and paid $50.00 (that is 3 hours of work for me) and by Saturday 3 of the nails had broken. Now I am trying to get a refund and she is giving me the runaround. I called her a few minutes ago and threatened to make a scene by coming in and calling the police and telling all of her clients what happened. She is trying to avoid giving me a refund. Her customer service is RUUUDDDEEEE!!! From the beginning. But it was such a cute well put together shop that I decided it was going to work despite the reviews. While most nail shops are not necessarily the kindest with customer service, this one is definitely not worth the money

This is a very nice place to go to. The prices are fair and the shop is clean. Also the most important thing is that the people there are friendly.
