Villa Siena is now under new ownership and new management! As of October 2011, we have begun renovating the property and want this to be the place you call home! We have newly renovated apartments, new landscaping, parking lot restripping, new laundry room coming, new playground coming, new clubhouse coming, new pool furniture, newly repainted & reroofed, new leasing office! All aparmtent homes will have new wood floors, new carpet, new appliances along with lighted ceiling fans and lighting fixtures & new cabinetry.

I have lived here for almost five years now. I love it here. The office staff are warm and friendly and the maintenance is wonderful. I never had any problems of any kind and I would highly recommend this apartment to my friends.
