Heritage Gardens is a rehabilitation center and is located in Carrollton, Texas. It consists of semi-private rooms with a toilet, sink, community showers and a whirlpool bath. The facility also has a dining room with vending machines, patio, piano area and a television lobby. It offers services, such as therapies, orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, and enteral and nutritional management. It also offers respite care, pain management, post surgical recovery, pulmonary rehabilitation, trach care and wound management. Additionally, the centre provides transportation to dialysis units and outside appointments. Its services are certified by Medicare and Medicaid. The center also has a gym and an activities department that organizes trips, senior proms, games, birthday parties and dinners for residents and families.
