Very concerned about our dog and face mask

Brandon the expert came out to my home and did a thorough job on the inside pests of ants and pantry bugs and eradicated the wasp nests that were in my siding! At no extra cost Aptive will send out help whenever needed in between routine maintenance. Thank you Aptive!

The service guy was very nice! I asked for some special treatment in a certain area and he had no problem doing it.

A pest control salesman came to my home on 06/25/2020 around 2pm. I live in the Westchester area in Grand Prairie, Texas. He banged on my door twice. I have a ring doorbell and multiple NO SOLICITOR signs in plain view. I'm not sure why he came to my door and why he chose to bang on my door rather than ring my doorbell. Maybe because he knew I wouldn't come to the door. When I did come to my door, I did not open it. I asked if I could help him, through my closed door. He spoke about the pest control etc. I couldn't really hear him because my dogs were barking. I asked him to repeat what he needed. Once I realized he was a solicitor I told him no thank you and I'm not interested. He continued to talk through my door. I told him that I have multiple no soliciting signs and that I wasn't interested. He told me that my signs meant nothing. At that time he was still standing on my porch arguing with me through my door. He would not leave. So I open my door and cursed at him to make him leave. He then told me that I needed to learn respect. So I closed my door but realized that I needed his business information so I could complain. When I walked towards him he began to state that he felt threatened and for me not to come near him. He began to record me on his phone. He did not seem to feel threatened when he was on my porch arguing with me and refused to leave. I was able to see his information on his badge. I went back into my home to complain. When my husband got home shortly after, I told him what happened. The rude salesman was still in our neighborhood so my husband went to speak with him to ask what happened. He started to call for the police. My neighbor is a police officer. So he ran to the police officer and begin to insinuate that I was threatening him and he had done nothing wrong. The police officer just talked to both of us. This situation escalated because of this racist and rude salesman's tactics. He was angry that I would not open my front door to talk to him about bug spray.

Charles Omari is my technician. He was very prompt, courteous and professional. He told me exactly what service he was there to perform and promptly completed the service as explained.

Lauro did a great job treating my home for both wasps and ants. He did a professional and thorough job especially treating the wasps problem.

Robert Fuuches did a great job. He was knowledgeable and professional and addressed all the areas I needed extra attention to. Very happy with Aptive and Robert as he goes above and beyond to provide great customer service!

TOTALLY PISSED OFF!!!! THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THEY HAVE MESSED UP. If I could give them NO STARS I would. So just signed with them May1 st. Had to post pone my service until the end of the month. Spoke to a manager who let me know that he would start my service as of that date. Well, it was put in as reservice not initial service. So not only did they service me 5/26 - THEY CAME BACK TODAY AND TRY TO SERVICE AGAIN. Now I call in the lady on the phone was not helpful. Even though she could see that my service just started. NOT HAPPY!! BEWARE!!!!

My tech was very helpful and curteous. He did an excellent job for me in a timely manner. He was also very knowledgeable on my questions

Kyle was fantastic!! I was home for the service this time so i asked if he could spray the inside and how the pets could be affected. I held one(little 1lb chihuahua) while the big dog went out back. Then he said it was safe to swap so the big dog came in. He was fast and extremely efficient and even knocked down a wasp nest he found.

Samuel McKnight was the service professional for my quarterly treatment. He was on time..where he quickly and professionally sprayed our home and landscape. I will request him every time.
