I purchased the first 2005 Town and Country Van that was delivered to this dealer in january 2005. The van did not have a DVD player installed in it and that was an option that we wanted, and had paid for. Mr. Lee the service manager told me that the DVD player would be in in 5 days and that they would install it. Well, the DVD player was not in in five days and everytime that i called I got excusses why it was not there. After it started to go into the third week, I called and asked to speak with Mr. Evans and was put through to him immediately. I told him the problem that i was having and he told me that he would have me a DVD player the next day, which he came thru.The next problem I had was approx. 5 weeks ago. My DVD player went out.My Wife took the Van in for service, Mr. Lee the service manager checked the player out and told my wife that he would have to order a new one and it would be in in five days and that it would be between 150 to 250 dollars.I have been lied to.
