We are a family owned and operated, state inspected custom processing plant. Started in 1957 by Ben and Mary Jo Fortenberry the business has grown to include a retail meat market and numerous grocery items. We slaughter beef and pork from February thru October, on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday by appointment only. In November we change to deer processing-averaging 4000 deer per year. Our retail store offers daily fresh cut meats, frozen food items, our sausage, varieties of pastries and dessert items along with fresh vegetables. We barbeque every Saturday - We look forward to seein g you!
