beautiful location. Its seems as if they are trying to turn the family oriented housing development into a senior living housing development. I spent the later part of my teens living here with my mother and had a great time growing up. I am now raising my own family here and have nothing but trouble from many of the neighbors about having my kids play in front of my own home. It's a wonderful place but I think it could be more welcoming towards a family with children. They have provided a nice park but it is at the other end of the associations property. I understand that we all need to be curtious of our fellow villa del mar residence, however I strongly feel that My sons should still be able to catch on the awesome lawn directly in front of my condo.
