Such a great place to workout. Classes and gym use is for non-members as well! incredible deal if your just in town visiting someone. very clean and the trainers/staff are friendly and helpful. The owner Cyndi has done a great job.

This gym has brought a full service approach to our beach town. The owner is enhancing the workout equipment and bringing additional venues for its membership to enjoy. Circuit training, as well as, treadmills, elyptical, sport hula hoops, free standing bikes and much more are available through your club memberships.
