I love the Fiesta. I got a reasonable deal on my car. Super happy with my experience. I will continue to buy my cars from Joe Cotton Ford.

Provided by YP.comThe absolute best service from Butch!!! I was only there to get some m points for test driving a vehicle, and he was straight up with me. I wasn't there to buy a car, but to get my points for test driving. He didn't even make me test drive, gave me what I needed for my points, but told me so much about the hybrid, which I'd never been in, exactly how it works, the federal discounts and how so cool the new hybrids are, that I wished I could've afforded one. No hard sell though!!!!. It was so much more about the education of how the new cars work than the sucky hard sell of decades past!!! Although I don't have a job at the moment, if I had, I'd so have bought that car on the spot!!! He treated me, and my elderly father who came with me, with respect and it seriously was the most enjoyable car"shopping"experience of my life! The most non-misogynist staff I've ever met. I seriously wish my masters degree could work wonders for me in these hard times because I fell in love with that hybrid because of Butch!!!!! If you're a woman and can afford a new car, SO don't go anywhere else..oh, and say, "yeah, we'll tahlk ta Bob" :-) :-) :-) :-)

Provided by YP.comMy car is always done on time that I never have to call to check up on it. They are always the one to call up once it done. They gave reasonable prices and the staff are very accommodating that I never had any problem getting an appointment.

Provided by YP.comGood shop. I had a month left on my extended warranty when I had an issue with my suspension. they were really good about getting it in and getting everything fixed. I also needed to tires and they matched any price I could find on the internet.
You still get the big dealership service center vibe, but I had a pretty good experience with these guys.

I would like to say that I did my research online and decided to take the 30 minute drive to see their online salesperson for a new Ford Edge! I love it and I am very happy with the way they treated me and my family. The prices were very competitive but I will be going back for the great people working there! Thank you guys for changing my mind about car dealerships :) I saw some of the comments that were not great and I just had to tell everyone how it is like at this dealership, they will have my business forever!

Provided by YP.comI bought a used Ford Ranger truck from Joe Cotton and Roman the sales person was very helpful not pushy just discussed what options I might have.... since then I've not had one problem with the truck but have taken it into Joe Cotton for oil changes (they gave me a card so I get free oil changes)... They done the work punctually and never tried to do unnecessary work.... Overall I think you will find this dealership professional and friendly.

Provided by YP.comThe dealership has been in our neighborhood since I was a kid. My dad bought all our (pre-owned) trucks from them. I shared our Ranger w/ my brothers so it was overused, and the brakes smelled like burnt rubber and the engine cut out. They restored the truck at a reasonable price and with great service.

Provided by DexKnowsAs a single mom, buying a car has always been a loathsome experience in the past. Some dealers always seem to want to talk to my husband and not me. A friend of mine recommended Joe Cotton Ford to me recently when my Explorer finally gave out. They were kind & courteous. They took me through a few options, i wanted another Explorer, but ended up buying an Escape. The price was a little bit better and it still had all the feautures i wanted. I still find car shopping really stressful, but this was about as good an experience I think i couldve had. Thanks Joe Cotton! :)

Provided by DexKnowsI visited Joe Cotton Ford last month to check out the Ford Fiesta. The staff was friendly enough to allow me to the car for a spin. But i wasn't impressed with the car so i moved on to check the other vehicles. I thought they would be pissed but they were quite happy to show me around. I got to around 4 more cars before I settled for a Ford Edge, after another test drive of course. Thanks guys. By the way, I'm very satisfied with car, especially its SYNC features.
