Provided by YP.comThis location is fantastic. I think I only had to wait ONCE past my appointment time because they've had a pet emergency come in. I've been here for 3 years with my cat.

Provided by YPmobileThis is not where I go regularly with my pets but in an emergency they were wonderful. In the middle of the night our cat got hit by a car and we had to take him there. They were wonderful. Expensive!! But can't expect much more for an emergency place.

Provided by YP.comI called this place hoping someone would have compassion for a stray I took In, and be able to help this beautiful animal! She scratched herself so badly it left a gaping wound by her neck, and the cat won't let me care for it,while being in a lot of pain! I am disabled, with no car, and can't afford hundreds of dollars due to being on SSI, but now love this cat. The lady over the phone seemed quite uncaring at my story, repeating herself that they are not a free clinic, or having anyone to do a home visit, and seemed not to care at all about a badly injured cat, except for repeating herself to call SPCA. So far other clinics say the same. I guess that's what you get when all people think about is money, and not the animal itself! I called SPCA, and got all automated questions to press a number, and never got to speak to anyone, but so far there automated service is mainly discounts for seniors, which I'm not, and there was no help either! I got a cat that is suffering, and no one wants to take compassion to help a cat out for FREE.

Provided by YP.comI went to VCA for the first time on Father's Day. They were very nice, helpful and understanding that we couldn't afford big $ testing. Over the last couple days I've called 3 times to ask questions. They spent a lot of time talking to me and answering questions. Although some higher $ testing can be done they advised me to do it but didn't push and they offered advise for alternates to try. I have been very happy with the service I got. I also like the late hours they have available.

Provided by YP.comWhile the vet is 'helping' your animal, they seem more interested in helping themselves to your bank account.
