      Dr. Parikh is skillful, thorough, and caring

      On Thursday, February 23, 2012, the front page of The Sacramento Bee had an eye catching headliner, Colon Exam Called a Lifesaver, citing researchers work reported in the New England Journal of Medicine. I would like to expand the comment made in that headline with a personal note, The colonoscopy appointment I had with Dr. Rakesh Parikh in 2011 was a life saving experience for me personally.
