We called for an appointment July 31 and he wasn't making appointments until he got back from vacation August 13.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I scheduled (6 weeks in advance) an appointment to meet with this doctor. My appointment was for 10 am. The doctor finally decided to arrive about 11:15. While I was waiting, two people walked in off the street without appointments. The assistant told them they would work them in. I figured (wrongly) it would be after me. The doctor took the first walk in back. Then after his assistant told him I was his appointment, he approached the 2nd walk in. The lady very clearly told him I had been waiting and had an appointment so should go before her. The dcotor looked at me and asked, "hat do you want?" I was a bit confused. I explained my appointment was for my yearly exam. He shooed me away to his assistant and proceeded to take the walk in to the back for an exam, leaving me standing there again. Even his assistant was shocked. I was floored. This place should be out of business. The optometrist was rude, his place was dirty and run down, and his customer servive was horrible. PLEASE heed my advice not to go. The lady that gave him a positive rating must be related to him or something. I even called my insurance provider and reported him.
