I usually stop into the store. They have a wonderful, helpful staff. Prices for items are very competitive.

Great price and I received my item in about a week.

the price is usually good but the problems start as soon as you press the "confirm order" button. As others have pointed out before, they take FOREVER to ship an item. I ordered a few times with them and it can take them 2 weeks to ship an item. But what is even worse is their customer service, probably the worst I ever dealt with. They never answer the phone, never follow up on voicemails and never answer emails. It took me about 5 days of calling them 5-6 times a day to finally get a hold of someone.

i ordered more then 2 weeks ago. did not receive the order, no tracking number of package, and no one answers the call or responds to email. i hope this is not a scam. i wish they would just answere the phone or write back and assure me that ordereis on its way.

I placed my order on April 26th, it is now May 9th, Never received the order or got a response to my inquiry about the status of the order. There are alot better merchants on the web then this firm. Robert Deeb
